Funds are collected only after you've approved the paperwork. No car leaves our shop until it's marked sold and the sale is complete.

Final inspection and service

Before it ships, your car gets one more round of inspection and service in our shop. That last round is what lets us stand behind the 14-day buy-back and the 30-day mechanical warranty.

Enclosed delivery

Your car doesn't ride on an open trailer, exposed to weather and road debris. It travels enclosed and insured, anywhere in the lower 48 — Alaska and Hawaii are quoted individually.

Your own inspection window

Once your car arrives you have 14 full days to take it to your own mechanic or a shop you trust. Compare their report with what we sent you — everything we promised should match what you see.

Peace-of-mind guarantee

If something isn't right, you're covered:

Within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund of the purchase price. We arrange the return transport, and the refund goes out within 48 hours of your return request.

Settle it fairly

If a small issue slipped past our inspection, we work with you to settle it fairly.
